The creative food that will be served to you for dinner at the restaurant hut (host table) is inspired by French cuisine but mixed with the spicy flavours of Africa and Orient. You will discover a wide choice of very fresh sea food daily brought to the lodge by local fishermen, without forgetting some meat specialties like grilled zebu tenderloin. You will also have access to plenty of vegetables and a selection of exotic fruits. All along the seasons our skilled chef accommodates local products with talent and inventiveness. We also serve private candle light dinners at the water’s edge, for those looking for romantism.
Varied, continental or « à la française », served under the restaurant hut or on the terraces in front of the sea.
Evening meal – Lunches
The principle is the “Host table”. Menus are renewed daily. Dinner is a 3 course meal with starter, main course and dessert. Our menus are based on fresh local products, notably fish and seafood. We also strive to adapt our meals to your specific dietary needs. Meals are generous and daily cooked. Lunches are simple, with a main course only.
Bar – Snacks
You will enjoy your cocktails, cold drinks and snacks in a wonderful environment, fully open to the sea. Deckchairsand hamacs are available in the sweet shade of huts with direct view on the sea where you can rest contemplating the ocean. Of course it is also possible to share a glass directly at the bar under the restaurant hut.
